Club Pro

What is this?

There are four tiers: Free for a team, Pro for an account, Club Free for a club, and Club Pro for a club. Teams have no plan of their own. Free organizes teams. Club Pro runs the club.

Why it matters

• Unlimited members with no subscription.
• Board tools (standing, notes, export) are the paid piece.
• One club subscription gives every admin, coach and youth lead Pro — without individual plans.

How it works

1. Free (team): scheduling, attendance, calendar, messages, children, invite links, calendar feeds and payments stay free for good. No ads.
2. Pro (account): AI help, for example appointments from photos, with a monthly credit allowance. Every account starts with a one-time credit grant.
3. Club Free: member pool, unlimited members, club calendar, teams, Add from club.
4. Club Pro: membership management (standing, notes, export), every coach gets Pro, and a shared AI allowance for admins, coaches and youth leads.
5. Only an admin can buy — on the pricing page or via Upgrade to Club Pro. Cancel at period end.
6. Conferred Pro lasts while Club Pro is active and you hold a staff role. A personal account plan overrides the club plan: AI then spends the personal allowance first, then the club allowance. Without a personal plan, AI uses only the club allowance.
7. Pro ends immediately if you become a regular member, leave the club, or the club is no longer Pro.
8. The member list, badge, filters and history stay free. Saving standing and notes, and Export CSV, need Club Pro.
9. A nudge appears from 3 teams or 30 members — admins only, dismissible.
10. A main club cannot buy Club Pro. Each department has its own plan.

FAQ

Do I need Club Pro for the member list? No.

Does Club Pro unlock waitlist and shop? No. Those are separate and not part of the subscription.

Does every coach get their own plan? No. Every coach gets Pro with no extra subscription. AI runs on the club allowance unless they have their own account plan.
