Members
In short
Members belong to the club, not to the team. The roster is the list on one team.
An example
Tom is on the U14 roster. He leaves the team. He stays in the club and can join another team later.
What matters
- Someone who leaves a team stays in the club. That includes children.
- Parents are members when they join themselves. Shared access does not make a member.
- The status is Member, Not a member or Resigned. Changing the status does not change the teams.
- A parent can remove their own child from the club. That asks for the full name as confirmation. The child can be invited again later.
Questions
Am I in the club if I am on the roster? Yes, when the team belongs to a club. No, when the team has no club.
Do parents count as members? Only when they join themselves.
