Invite people

In short

With one link someone becomes a member of a team or a club, or you attach a team to a club. Parents and children have their own links. Those work only once.

An example

You create a link on the roster and send it to the parents' group. Several families can use the same link. The tables show where the other links are and how often they work.

What matters

Becoming a member

Link	Created in	Who opens it	How often
Into a team	On the roster	The person themselves, or a parent for a child	More than once
Into a club	Invite members	The person themselves, or a parent for a child	More than once
A team into a club	Invite team	Only the team owner	Once, with a 6-digit code

If the team belongs to a club, the team link also puts the person in the club. Several children can join in one visit.
You can set an expiry on the team link and on the club link. Until then, several people can use it.

Attaching a team cannot be undone.

Parents and children

Link	Created in	Who opens it	How often
Share access	On the child profile	The second parent	Once, for 14 days
Hand over the youth account	On the child profile	The child	Once, for 14 days
Link a parent	Children & youth accounts	The parent	Once, for 14 days

With a youth account your child does not join a team or a club on their own. They send you the link, and you pick your child when joining.
Share access does not make the second parent a club member.

QR code

Any active link can also be shown as a QR code. You hand over the 6-digit code separately. It is never part of the QR code.

Questions

Can a coach attach a team to the club? No. The team owner does that.
