Neely organizes teams and clubs. These pages explain the words you see in the app — in the same language the product uses.

Club

  • Main club and departments

    A main club is the roof over several departments. Each department stays a full club with its own teams and members.

  • Membership and roster

    A club has one member pool. A team roster is just an assignment from that pool — not the same as official membership.

Appointments

  • Game day and appointments

    An appointment is training, a match or an event with nomination and RSVP. A game day is a public schedule page — not a team event and not attendance.

Invites

  • Invite links

    Invite links add players to a team, people to a club, or a department to a main club. Any active link can also be shown as a QR code.

Account

  • Youth account

    From age 12 a child can use their own login while a parent supervises. Under 12 they stay a parent-managed profile with no login.

Plans

  • Club Pro

    Organizing teams and the club is free. Club Pro unlocks membership management, Pro for every coach, and a shared AI allowance — reads stay free.
